The straightening machine with saw blade cut mod. VM/MRTS1 is projected for straightening and cutting through saw blade tubes with diameters from 3 to 8 mm.
The machine is equipped with:
- a pre-straightening group equipped with 5 wheels, manually adjustable
- a motorized rotating group with rollers with variable rotation
- a dragging unit composed of 3 groups of motorized wheels with variable speed through inverter
- an encoder to define the length of cutting
- a saw blade cutting unit
- pneumatic plier for tube blocking to avoid burrs.
Optional: a mechanically clutch pay-off reel with adjustment of diameter of the coil, tube ejecting and collecting system.
