Microwave ovens for carbonization
VM FMW microwave ovens are ideal for the carbonization of processing residues. By exploiting the principle of pyrolysis, they generate the carbonization of organic residues in the complete absence of oxygen, so as to minimize the formation of fumes and consequent emissions of toxic substances and dioxins.
The heat is ignited via microwaves to cause the product to char in the presence of an inert atmosphere within the oven chamber.
The process takes place quickly and in perfect safety.
