VIOLI MACCHINE – IIJS BHARAT PREMIERE

IIJS BHARAT PREMIERE
06.08.2026 – 10.08.2026

IIJS Bharat PREMIERE is the leading B2B Indian exhibition dedicated to gems, jewellery, machinery, technologies and services for the goldsmithing industry.

The Indian gem and jewellery industry is one of the largest and most dynamic worldwide. India is not only the second-largest manufacturer in the jewellery sector, but it is one of the primary consumer markets for gold. In this evolving context, precision and technological reliability are key factors to make the difference.

The big news this year is the exclusive Italian Pavilion for goldsmithing machinery, which Violi Macchine is part of, celebrating the excellence of Italian technology worldwide.

We will be pleased to welcome you in Mumbai from August 6th to 10th  at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, inside the Italian area:
📍 Pavillion 5, Booth 5U 583H.

Coil-to-coil tube unwinding-rewinding system

Coil-to-coil tube unwinding-rewinding system

Across industries involved in the processing of small-diameter tubes, particularly stainless steel tubing, manufacturers require specialized equipment capable of meeting increasingly demanding quality standards.

To achieve this goal, key inspection and treatment stages are now being integrated directly into production lines. These include furnace annealing to restore the material’s mechanical properties and non-destructive ultrasonic testing to verify weld integrity.

To ensure seamless continuity throughout the production process, Violi Macchine Srl has developed the new VM/I-ASB, a fully automatic coil-to-coil tube unwinding and rewinding system designed for integration into production lines. Besides significantly reducing operating costs and minimizing the risk of material damage, the system provides a modular platform that can accommodate heat treatment and quality control processes while maintaining continuous, accurate tube handling.

How does the VM/I-ASB coil-to-coil system work?

The process begins with the coil mounted on a mobile support that can be adjusted to accommodate different coil sizes while allowing both rotation and translation.

The tube is then smoothly guided through a series of adjustable rollers, with height and angle settings that ensure proper alignment before entering the traction unit. This unit has been specifically designed to move stainless steel tubing without damaging its surface. The tube then passes through the straightening section, where any residual curvature is removed.

Throughout the entire process, the tube travels at a constant, precisely controlled speed, ensuring ideal conditions for the intermediate processing stage. Once this phase has been completed, the system performs the same operations in reverse sequence, rewinding the finished tube onto a new coil.

The entire system is managed by an electromechanical PLC-based control system that coordinates every operating function. A sensor network continuously monitors tube speed, tension, and straightness, ensuring stable process conditions throughout the production cycle. Thanks to its modular design, the VM/I-ASB can be easily configured to meet different production requirements and integrated with a wide range of processing technologies.

VIOLI MACCHINE – IPMI 50TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE

IPMI 50TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE
06.06.2026 – 09.06.2026

IPMI is the most important global event and a benchmark for the precious metal industry, organized by the Precious Metals Institute. The event brings together industry leaders, pioneers and experts to analyze current trends and shape future developments in the sector.

The 2026 edition celebrates the 50° anniversary of the Institute, with the participation of more than 500 experts from all over the world.

Violi Macchine will take part in the annual conference, that this year will take place in Orlando (Florida), at the Hyatt Grand Cypress Resort, from June 6 to 9, 2026. It will be a unique opportunity to discover our technologies for precious metal recovery and to connect with industry specialists.

At a time when metal recovery is becoming increasingly important, it is essential to promote sustainability and invest in efficient recycling solutions. Violi Macchine has always been committed to this direction, designing and manufacturing a range of machinery for precious metal recovery, including briquetting machines, mills and mixers.
